A wonderful friend was kind enough to give me a laptop on which a newer OS can run, so I finally have access to DA! I hope to add some new artwork soon!

I was reading one of your comments on one of your animal portraits and I noticed that you mentioned you're a groomer. That's awesome! My mom's actually trying to establish herself as a groomer as well. It's a slow process, but yeah..I think she'll get there. Anyway, I thought that was really neat and just decided to leave a comment to say 'Hello!'.

Yes, I've been grooming professionally for ten years now. It's really about gaining a reputation, often for specific breeds. I specialize in poodles and terriers, and most of my clientele comes to me on word of mouth from others I do on a regular basis. It does take time, but sometimes, there isn't enough of it! I get so many standard poodles these days, they tire me out.
